    Wow, that's a tough spot to be in. Contracts do have some risk but if you know you're good and the company does renew contracts regularly, then it seems like the benefits may be work the risk.

    For many companies, contracts are a more meaningful and extended way of putting potential full-time employees through probation. There's a lot of factors to consider like the availability of jobs, company stability and growth outlook, etc.

    This is just my take on it -- I'm in no way an employment consultant or anything so please don't sue me if it doesn't work out :D
